After many years living on El Hierro, diving, hiking, and exploring 1501 Freediving & Adventure was born. We are an active tourism company in El Hierro that offers training and organizes freediving experiences in the island's most spectacular locations. We teach breath-holding techniques from basic to advanced levels, enabling students to enjoy depth in a relaxed and safe manner with extended apnea times. But we don't stop there. Our name, 1501, is inspired by the height of Pico Malpaso, the highest peak in El Hierro. Therefore, we also offer hiking excursions and experiences around the island. Our guides have deep knowledge of the history and natural environment, ensuring a high level of service.
